The apartment has been recently completely renovated and the owners succeed to deliver a comfortable, cozy, elegantly decorated apartment with two bedrooms, a living area, a very well equipped kitchenette, a dining area and a desk, in case you combine business with pleasure.

Anne apartment has two bedrooms: one with double bed and one two single beds which can be used either separately or as one large double bed, as they can be attached. Each one has air-conditioning, big closets and en-suite full bathrooms with shower. A washing machine is located in one of them.

The kitchenette has all the necessary amenities such as:

Even though the apartment is located above a well-known fish restaurant, the owners secured that noises will stay out of the apartment by installing double-glass french doors.

In order to facilitate your stay, we would like to bring to your attention the following:

1. Floor: Kindly note that the floor is made of pure wood. Therefore, it is absolutely necessary to keep the balcony doors closed when it is raining as it needs to be protected from the water.
2. Faucets: When you leave the apartment, please make sure that all faucets in the bathrooms and kitchen are switched off.
3. Hot Water: Hot water is always available. All you need to do is turn far left the faucet and switch it on. In 20 seconds, hot water will be running.
4. Iron: The iron is placed in the closet. Please remember always to unplug it before you leave the apartment.
5. Hair strainer: In case you bring your own hair strainer, please DO NOT FORGET TO UNPLUG IT.
6. Smoking: smoking is NOT PERMITTED inside the apartment.
