Other things to note

Since 01/01/2024 all guests that stay at villas and short-term rentals must pay tax for climate change. In this property, the tax is 4€ / day for November to March and 10€ / day for April to October. This amount must be paid separately and is not included in the cost of stay.

Also, kindly note that the property is part of a building that has ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor. On the ground floor with a separate entrance and no visual contact, there is the apartment of the owners, who will be discreetly at your disposal, throughout your stay.
