Located on the ground floor gives the ability to easy access from indoors to outdoors. Open plan layout, spacious and simply decorated, it is an excellent vacation accommodation proposal.

Indoors:

Vivian's Cosy house consists of one large apartment with 3 comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a large living area in an open plan with the kitchen and dining area, and a small independent suite with a double bed, a separate full bathroom, and a kitchenette.

Entering the apartment, one meets the living room, with a big, modern, and cozy corner sofa which can be turned into a comfortable bed. Following the kitchen with brand new appliances, (oven, kitchen hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and many more) and a large dining table with comfortable chairs to prepare and enjoy delicious meals.
In between, on the wall, there is a big 50" SMART TV with many channels available. NETFLIX account is also available on the specific device.

All bedrooms have their own flat-screen TVs, closets and air-condition.

A large patio door leads to the magnificent outdoor area.

Outdoors:
Swimming pool area with non-slip tiles around, sunbeds and umbrellas are there for you to enjoy.

Barbeque area and a traditional Cretan oven will give you the chance to prepare delicious meals.
